Mirna Milanović – Lalić is an attorney-at-law and Founding Partner. She has been practicing law for over 15 years and focuses on commercial, media, technology and intellectual property law. In addition, she is regularly engaged as a legal expert in policy development projects and manages projects of professional organizations in BiH. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary and a Master’s Degree from the University of Sarajevo.

In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and cooking international cuisine.
Nedžad Suljović is a Certified Valuer of FBiH and has gained a Certificate in Advanced Valuation mentored by Professor Aswath Damodaran. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). During his over 10 years of experience, he worked as financial auditor, financial advisor and investment valuer, as independent consultant, spending significant time working for international audit companies (Big4).
Amila Hamamdžić is an office manager and she has over 5 years of experience in providing administrative assistance. She is also in charge of marketing strategies, business development and financial affairs. Her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Sarajevo provides her with the means to fully support attorneys-at-law and other fee-earners. She is a CrossFit fan.
Benjamin Soko is an administrative assistant who provides administrative and technical support to attorneys-at-law and other fee-earners. He also regularly assists his colleagues with small claims cases. He has developed an interest in property law.
